Tapered Roller Bearings
This type of bearing is
capable of supporting heavy radial load and one direction axial load at the same
time. Because of the line contact between the rollers and raceways, this
type is provided with great load rating capacity. Usually, two pieces of
this type of bearings are used in one application, and one bearing can be
adjusted against the other so as to obtain the correct amount of radial and
axial internal clearance.
